Not the right fit? You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your jacket.

How to return

Email us your order number and the item you'd like to return.
We send you a prepaid return label.
Pack the jacket in its original packaging and drop it off with the carrier.
Your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return arriving.

Items must be unworn, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Jackets that show signs of wear can't be accepted.

Need a different size? Exchanges are free. Tell us the size you'd like and we'll reserve it while your return is on its way.

If something isn't right with your jacket, contact us with a photo and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or full refund.

Our 30-day return policy is in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal and does not affect it.
